Bio:

Born and raised in Kansas City, Margurite decided to pursue a medical career during high school. She went to trade school and worked as a medical assistant and phlebotomist. After several years she decided to further her education in nursing, attaining her LPN, RN, BSN, MSN, and post-graduate certification. She graduated summa cum laude from all nursing coursework. Margurite decided to pursue her PMHNP certification out of her desire to more effectively help others suffering from anxiety and depression.

Margurite will be pursuing a DNP in the future because she richly enjoys patient interactions and is constantly striving for self-improvement to better serve patients. In her spare time, she enjoys gaming, fitness, music, and spending time with her husband, 5 children, 2 grandchildren, and 5 grandkitties. Margurite is delighted to join the staff of Mile High Psychiatry and looks forward to partnering with you on the path to wellbeing.
